Ingredients:
▢ 1 tsp salt
▢ 3 tbsp white granulated sugar
▢ 1 tsp ground black pepper
▢ 1 head garlic, minced
▢ cooking oil for frying
▢ 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
▢ For the Marinade:
▢ 3 1/2 tbsp vinegar
▢ 2 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions
Combine marinade. Stir well.
Arrange meat in a container or ziplock bag.

Pour marinade. Make sure the beef is fully coated with marinade.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Turn at least once.

In a pan with cooking oil. Fry the marinated beef until lightly brown.
Serve with sunny side up eggs and plain rice or garlic rice.
