11/2 lbs. chicken breast finely chopped
1 cup minced onion
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 Serrano peppers chopped
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup butter
4-5 tbsp mayonnaise
1 egg
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp cooking oil
3-5 pieces Thai chili (optional) by

Cooking Instructions
1 Heat the cooking oil in a pan. When the oil becomes hot, saute the onion and garlic until it becomes soft. Add-in the chopped chicken breast. Stir and cook for 6 to 8 minutes or until cooked.

2 Add peppers and soy sauce and stir. Season with salt and pepper as needed. Add the mayonnaise and then stir right away until all the ingredients are well incorporated.

3 If serving right away heat the sizzling plate (cast iron pan).
Once the pan is hot, put the butter in and let it melt. Transfer the chicken sisig on the cast iron pan.

4 Crack the egg and drop on top of the chicken. Arrange the green chili on top. Serve. Share and enjoy
