2 pcs medium size carrots chopped into small cubes
2 pcs medium size potatoes chopped into small cubes
1/2 tsp salt and ground black pepper
2 pcs red bell pepper chopped
1 pc chopped onion
6 cloves chopped garlic
500 g ground pork
1/2 tsp salt and ground black pepper
1/2 Tbsp soy sauce (or almost 1Tbsp soy sauce)
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
115 g tomato sauce

Cooking Instructions
1 Start by cutting your veggies into cubes. Heat up your oil and add the carrots and cook for one minute then add the potatoes and cook for another 2 minutes, then add the bell pepper and cook for another 3 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside. Season with salt and pepper.

2 Using same pan, add oil if needed and toss in your onions. Cook until translucent, then add the garlic. Sauté for about a minute then add the pork. Cook the pork until the color completely change. Season with salt and pepper.

3 Add the soy sauce, then the oyster sauce, then add the tomato sauce. Sauté, until liquid is reduced. You may serve with more sauce or continue cooking until sauce is reduced more to your liking.

4 Add back the veggies and cook until you reach your desired tenderness of your veggies. Transfer to a serving plate and best served with steamed rice. Share and enjoy.
