Daing Na Bangus
Ingredients
12 pieces boneless tiny milkfish (bangus) butterflied with skin-on
Marinade
1 cup vinegar
2 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
8 cloves garlic, crushed
Cooking Instructions
1 Wash your fish then place it in a large bowl then add all your marinade ingredients into another bowl and mix it then pour it on top of the fish and mix it thoroughly. Soak it for an hour if you are cooking same day or you can keep it in the freezer for up to one week.
2 Deep fry in oil or air fry. Share and Enjoy!
